Hire:
Many people with short term needs e.g. post surgery, terminal patients and visitors, can benefit from hiring specific items. While most lines are normally available, it may be prudent to book ahead especially at peak periods to avoid disappointment.
Customization:
G&P Medical provides a free appraisal service to customers with special needs. Please discuss your requirements with your representative to ensure that you receive the most suitable product with any modifications necessary to give you comfort and peace of mind.
Delivery:
Delivery & installation in the Metro area is available for all products and can be arranged for country, interstate or overseas clients. A fixed price quotation is available on request.
Demonstrations:
An obligation free service is offered to clients to assist them in the selection of the right product. This service can be arranged at either the Malaga Head Office or in the privacy of your own home.
On Site:
Where there is a requirement for equipment
to be installed e.g. stair climbers, pool hoists etc., a site
visit prior to quotation is undertaken free of charge in order
to provide an accurate estimate and prevent any unforeseen difficulties
at the time of installation.
Also when trialling many electric mobility vehicles it is always
better to test the actual terrain being used to determine the
vehicle's capability.
Re-Ordering:
The company backs up each and every product
it sells, and carries an extensive range of spare parts to minimise
downtime. When re-ordering it may be helpful if the item/description/part
number and price is quoted to ensure correct fulfillment of
order.
The company will use its best endeavours to deliver promptly,
and in the event that items are not in stock, an acceptable
delivery time will be communicated to the client.
Training:
The company endeavours to give instructions on the correct usage of each item it sells and where there is an item of greater technical understanding required it will give the client sufficient instruction on use and maintenance of the item both at the time of hand-over and after, if necessary. After sales service is a key ingredient in our ethos of providing the best value for money product and service.
